Our History

Weaving of carpets and rugs has been the oldest handicrafts of Iranians. This art has been exported to many countries of the world over the centuries. Iranian carpets are considered fashionable goods and decorate the halls of palaces and mansions of Ferangians. All the stages and walls of the palaces were covered with Persian carpets.

The design of the carpets at that time was similar to the ceramics that decorated the walls. The architecture of Iranian palaces was like the sky and inside it with paintings that showed the spiritual beliefs of that era. These paintings showed religious stories with their images, and the artists then divided these images on a large number of ceramics. And then these ceramics were attached to the roofs of the palace. The floor was covered with carpet, which was inspired by the design and style of those ceramics. This art of carpet weaving remained among other ancient arts. This art continued in different places of Iran and also the interest of Europeans who were fascinated by these Iranian carpets helped preserve this art.

Beautiful images of centuries are hidden in these carpets. In each one, thousands of nodes and the sum of these nodes form the images. As much as the number of these nodes is increased, the images will move towards perfection.
